Upcoming Developments

A new $12M Spa/Fitness Center is expected to begin construction in March 2008 with completion scheduled for April 2009.  The current facility will remain open during this construction period.

The Cap Rock Clubhouse now has a new restaurant open - 5/8/08

$5M has been earmarked for construction of a new 200 slip Marina.  The start date has not yet been determined.

All 3 Golf courses are receiving upgrades & renovation over the next 18-24 months at a cost of $3M.

The new Summit Rock golf course at Skywater is underway with a fall 2008 completion expected.  This is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.  

Horseshoe Bay Airport

The Horseshoe Bay Resort Airport and Jet Center includes a terminal building housing a lounge, fueling services and  transportation to the Horseshoe Bay Resort. The 6,000-foot runway can accommodate all kinds of personal and business aircraft. Once landed at the Airport and Jet Center, aircraft parking and hangar spaces are available for your convenience. It offers a full-service operation to accomodate your every need and is one of the largest private airports in the state.
